At the age of 14, I started my Jiu Jitsu journey. I started because I wanted to learn self defense. In the past two year I’ve trained with other teens and adults to expand my knowledge. I’ve enjoyed working with Coach Dave and Coach Missy, and they always work to help me improve my jiu jitsu skills. I coach the four o’clock youth beginners Jiu Jitsu class as well as the youth five o’clock intermediate Jiu Jitsu class. Working with the kids has taught me patience and discipline. I look forward to seeing them on Tuesdays and Thursdays1
